I ordered an open box Surface Go…
I ordered an open box Surface Go Windows 10 laptop and when I started to set it up and got to the account section, it was programmed for a high school and wanted an email or code from that school. I called and the customer service was helpful and very apologetic, and they are exchanging it and promised the new one would be checked over before it was sent. They are paying to have it picked up and shipped back. I thought open box meant open box, but the computer was untouched. I could be wrong. It appears the computer I got was bought for a school but not needed. I want the new one to not be set up for anyone or anything else.
