This company purports to be working in association with Norton, and others. Should be an option for a Negative Star for scammers. Norton confirms that they do NOT have 3rd party support companies working with them. They say they're offering 4 years of 24x7 support for $499 - and the this includes the Norton subscription. My client paid the $499. We then contacted Norton's actual support and confirmed that they do NOT work with TechDrive, or any other company.
