Martin, the technician who was assigned to my request, was not respectful and patient at all with me. I'm a French speaker and he told me that I didn't understand anything and that I was asking too much questions (I barely asked him 3 questions)... I found him quite abrupt and unprofessional, he avoided answering my questions and let me wait 2 hours on the phone before I asked him if I could go to a meeting. I am still confused why he was so rude.

The guy literally hung up on me. "You'll have to call Apple support." He asked me to download a screen-sharing tool - the download didn't work - and he just dumped me right there.

This company purports to be working in association with Norton, and others. Should be an option for a Negative Star for scammers. Norton confirms that they do NOT have 3rd party support companies working with them. They say they're offering 4 years of 24x7 support for $499 - and the this includes the Norton subscription. . We then contacted Norton's actual support and confirmed that they do NOT work with TechDrive, or any other company. Tech drive is fake and Fraud company

-SCAM- This is a fake tech support scam. I work at a legitimate IT company, and recently had a client come in that had been scammed out of their money by this "company." They used heinous intimidation tactics to convince this user that they were infected, among other things. I had to remove remote access programs from my client's device, and remove the basically free version of Mcafee that they were charged $200 for. VERY FAKE.

I clicked on link thinking I was getting connected to Norton. This company is a scam and fraud! If you look at the reviews, you can tell they were written by the same person. I was lucky… I realized I was scammed before credit card charge of $329 went through.

Purchased VPN from TechDrive Support. Download the app but VPN doesn't set up. Have contacted Norton regarding refund but got cut off and couldn't enter the code. Very complicated as everything now digitised so giving one star for failure of app and very poor customer service. Do NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !!!!!

Scam company, terrible get a Norton VPN and its cyber security, worked for a few hours then started block access of every program to the internet, every time I connected to internet it shut it down.
