TechademyReviews of techademy.com

This course promised training in BA, Generative AI, and Jira. So, the AI-powered BA training seriously only consisted of receiving many BA prompts. We were supposed to complete a capstone project but that didn't go as planned. The date for the Generative AI class kept getting pushed out futher and further moving from June to August of 2026. The date for the Jira class was changed about 3 times and, today on 08/28/26, they finally just cancelled it altogether!! I paid $297.00 for this ridiculous course. It's an abosolute waste of time and money. Go and take some free courses on LinkedIn. You'll make out much better. **Edit: I believe that the positive reviews are paid and/or fake because there is no way this "company" has 4.8 real positive views.... NO WAY

I was sold a course on AI for project managers. The content was very poor. The trainer opened Chat GPT and was prompting mostly. There was no value addition. All these are very basic level knowledge and available for free on youtube. The Company promised free make.com and some other services access for 6 months. I followed up multiple time and not yet received this till date. Its a total waste of time and money.

I was kicked out of the webinar for asking if they were on trustpilot when they brought up their paid course after a very mediocre, and i'm using that term very strongly, AI course for scrum masters. Oddly, none of the atlasian tools were discussed, which is so strange since that is a major tool for scrummasters or family of tools. Okay, that's fine. They want to use all the other ones and demonstrate those. Okay, that's fine. I didn't find anything useful. Nothing new there was people in the the presentation. Asking the most basic questions, so maybe it's for very beginner people that just learn that AI exists. I'm not sure, but I really don't think it's worth the money. Especially, why are they kicking me out for asking about reviews? And if the enemy data to back what they were saying, about recruiters on linkedin and their certification. The only positive is that the first presenter standard. Just like alex trebek, and had a great mullet.

I took the 1 hour intro course on 1/21 and decided to enroll in a training. They set the expectation that I would get an email with further scheduling and class details but I didn't receive any communication other than the receipt of payment for $349. I had to email twice to get a response on 1/29 with this schedule offering for the weekends I needed. Weekend Batch: Feb 27 – Mar 7 | Evening | 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST Weekend Batch: Mar 28 – Apr 5 | Morning | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST Weekend Batch: Apr 25 – May 3 | Evening | 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST I asked for clarification on what days were included since the range was unclear if it would be a Fri, Sat, Sun or just Fri, Sat etc. The email chains went back and forth and I finally asked for a refund on 2/3. On 2/27 I received an email with my cert for the class I took on 1/21. I replied to the email asking for my refund again. I received no response, just a refund notification on 3/6 for the amount of $338.58 due to a currency conversion. I paid in USD and I asked for a refund in USD. They informed me this was a $10.42 transaction fee. Transaction fees are not noted in the refund policies for this organization.

information shared to all attendees on usage of AI, from must haves, readiness, automation. the lessons had practical demos. We were told to give positive feedback and get make.com credit for the feedback, but the credit never came nor happen at all. Fake and false claims from Techademy

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Do not use them for the PMP prep. After signing up I was postponed 3x for a start date. Cool, except life has to be planned around the daily 4 hour sessions for 9 days. Then once the 35 hour part was finished, I was given the run around for the start date of my next portion, the study prep. After a false start, literally told me to join a session that was already 2 weeks into class and got kicked out by the instructor, the only other option I was given was a 5 AM prep class, twice a week. Yes, this sucked but I was willing to put in the work, until I found out I was was waking up at 4:30am to only take a short 30 question test and then be done with the "study prep" session for the day seemed fruitless. After about 3 weeks of this I stopped going and instead used David McLachlan on youtube. His material is free and I accredit him, not Techademy, for helping me pass my PMP. The only reason there are such good reviews of this place is because they bribe you with Amazon gift cards for leaving a review while you are STILL in the course.

I’m extremely disappointed with the reliability of the assessment platform. There appears to be a significant glitch, identical solutions are being marked as "Pass" for some users and "Fail" for others. To make matters worse, the assessment report doesn’t generate properly, and support simply states that the submission failed without offering any explanation. It’s clear that the associates handling support are not familiar with the technical details of the solution, which makes it difficult for them to confirm whether the assessment was evaluated correctly. This has resulted in a frustrating and unproductive experience. Our company has partnered with Techademy, but unfortunately, this has become a major pain point for our entire team. Many of us are facing similar issues, and the customer support team has been unable to provide meaningful assistance. This situation has led to a significant waste of time and energy. I strongly urge you to investigate these inconsistencies and provide a reliable platform with transparent evaluation and responsive support.

I opted for elite program while making a purchase for CSPO. I was told that I would get access to LMS within one hour of making payment. It is third day and nothing has happened as far as elite benefits are concerned. There is no way to escalate it and the concerned agent is not even responding.
