Their business practices are deceptive and, as far as I can tell, the company is a front. For starters, when you use your credit card to purchase their products, it is charged to a company in another country, under a different name. They did not provide me with any tracking information so, after 2 weeks, I asked for a status update. My purchase went from "pending" to "shipped" in a matter of minutes, which was VERY suspicious. The order arrived way later than anticipated, and the product quailty is subpar, at best. Don't be fooled by their professionally designed videos and website, as this company is as illigitimate as they get.

Very rude, unknowledgeable customer service. They also charge for priority delivery and don't follow through with it, as well as add fake tracking progress to their site. I contacted the shipper, as the USPS said they were still waiting for the package to send, and they informed me they are still waiting to receive the package, even though Teazy website said it was already in route and went through multiple mail hubs. I do not recommend purchasing from them

They use unreliable cheap last mile carriers that lose packages. They have unreliable poor customer service that doesn't want to communicate or help sovle your problems. Their toys are poorly designed: they break, they're noisy, and they are too aggressive and scare the cats.

I would give this zero stars if that was an option. We ordered 3 of these. ALL 3 were broken within 48 hours. All 3 broke in the same spot, the gray arm where the seam is split apart on all 3. Customer service has responded to emails from me, each time asking for a photo of the broken toys. I sent photos of each broken toy (1 I gave as a gift so I had that person text me the photo of their broken item)...They respond asking for photos of the broken items. Rinse, repeat. After 17 emails, today they say they need a photo of all 3 items in one photo. Not possible since I gifted one. I have asked numerous times they send replacement parts (which are complete useless by themselves) and have gotten nowhere, just more requests for photos again. HUGE waste of money. I definitely do not recommend this company or their products.

Warranty is a sham! Overpriced items that break immediately. Their website clearly states satisfaction guarantees which they don’t honour, they just ignore your emails. Disgusting company - not sure how it can exist.

Worst customer service experience, EVER! Not only did their courier service deliver to the wrong address, they took photos of my package with its address label next to the street number of the wrong house. Then when requesting a refund, I had to email them pictures of my house as proof. I still have not received a refund, and it has been 7 days of constant back and forth with customer service. It is not worth the Hassel!

Avoid this company! Horrible customer service. Paid for express shipping and it's been over a week. Customer service ignored multiple requests to refund the shipping, and doesn't even seem to understand hat I'm still waiting for my item. Edit: i finally got my item after 10 days. The customer service department is refusing to cover return shipping.

Dropshipped garbage under a different branding (PetGravity). Fake website and overcharging on a product that can be bought elsewhere for much cheaper
