How can such a wealthy company produce such a bad product and charge for it? We've been testing Teams for 6 months in business and it's a horror. - The UX design is poor, sometimes contradictory between the flows of the channels, the chat, the personal messages. - The links with sharepoint are bad: a document moved to share point is not found by Teams, the channels are lost. - live shows with more than 10 people no longer support video. There were 50 of us celebrating Christmas at work remotely, it was an incredible mess: only one person could put it on the video. Teams is a bad remote control for the Microsoft 365 suite. It's a poor copy of Slack. And unfortunately, this bad, poorly developed product will prevail because Microsoft is killing the competition. Let's run away and trust young European startups.

Stucked and time wasting. wasted my time and the too much complications with glitch and i would not recommend to anyone to go with team microsoft

Some of my teachers still see the first profile picture I had, even though I changed it 10x at least. The mobile version is even worse but on laptop it just crashes everytime I turn on my camera, sometimes it just disconnects me for no real reason. The overall setup is just trash, I don't see any message notifications (even though I turned everything on), it's easy to miss a call because no notification and also sometimes no icon to let me know which team has a call. Files are a nightmare to open and to send. I had to download 3 different programs to be able to re-send files... I'm so dissapointed that my school chose the worst app ever. I wouldn't recommend this app.

In the year 2020, it is still impossible to upload a profile picture to teams without having errors. Not only that, but the error is not even mentioned what it is. Is my photo incorrect format? Incorrect size? Teams doens't like my face? Gotta take a wild guess. Microsoft, you are incompetent. Windows 10 is trash, Teams is trash, office 365 is trash. Y'all deserved to get fired and work at Starbucks.

I have a mixed feelings. IT works but slack is still better.
