The worst software that I am forced to use. I am trying to get my company to move to Zoom...one click and I am in. The App currently crashes, if I login on Chrome it requires my Google Account full login details which means a delay logging in. AT THE TIME OF WRITING THE SOFTWARE DOES NOT EVEN WORK ON SAFARI! I am really over this terrible service. It would be embarrassing for a start up but this is Microsoft!!

MS Teams has been the number 1 video conferencing app I have used during these uncertain times. It is not easy to jump on a plane and visit project sites any more, so video conferencing is a must. Teams has helped to close that gap of face to face meetings.

Overall, MS Teams has a number of useful features, especially for educational purposes. You can upload books and files, set tasks, send private messages or post smth on the wall and initiate a group discussion. However, when it comes to video conferencing, it's a failure: - it's difficult and inconvenient to manage the participants; - if someone shares the screen, it's so small you can barely see it; - there's no Breakout rooms feature, which I really use a lot. So, I use Teams to keep in touch with a group but for video conferencing I will definitely use a different platform.

What the ****, I can't prove I'm not a robot. Because Microsoft even considers humans to be robots. This is because when we create a new account we cannot complete the puzzle they proved
