It is very hard to use it.
It is very hard to use it. Not user friendly at all. After trying to download, log in,... for over 30 min I still can not use it .... Sorry to say but Zoom is easier and straightforward.

I use teams for work and recently formated my pc. So I opened office.com and wanted to download the work related teams from my Google Chrome browser, not possible, I click download, the url changes nothing happens, Tried the same on opera GX and firefox, no change, also tried clearing cache and everything else in the browser, No luck. Only time I could successfully download it, was on microsoft Edge. Once downloaded I began the install, turns out it just installed the regular personal teams! Despite me downloading the work related one, and when I click on "Get work teams" instead in the application itself, you guessed it, it sends be back to the regular download place where I downloaded it from originally. What is even going on with this application at this point? How did this make it through quality assurance?

New Teams removed the option to open files using desktop app as the default option. Who knows how long it will take them to update their program. Some items on the wishlist have been there for years. Microsoft please stop using your userbase as test subjects.

Absolutely IMPOSSIBLE! The only way to raise a support ticket apparently is via a web link that is DENYING me access. I am being asked to authenticate my account and I am not receiving any codes and it is impossible to speak to anyone. I can't even find a complaints email address hence the review. I am steaming. Absolutely steaming. I am losing business over this, but it is getting to the point I would rather lose business than work with a Microsoft product.

Stop fixing things when stuff isn’t broken, bring back classic teams layout!!!! There is no need grouping emojis with gifs and stickers, bring back classic teams under message features Edit - attach - emojis - gif - stickers Stop fixing things and making it worse !!!!

I work as a U.S. government contractor and the agency I'm affiliated with uses Teams. I'd provide feedback through that route but that mechanism internal to the app has been disabled by the organization, so I will rant here. First, the good. Overall, the client works well. Chats are smooth and easy to organize in the view. Making and joining calls is pretty effortless and consistent barring network or other glitches. Webcam and audio are generally reliable and clear with only the rare robot voice. Reactions can be handy and fun in meetings, as can the GIFs (which seem to generally be curated to be work safe, which is a big plus). Now, the annoying, in decreasing order of priority. I am constantly mildly infuriated by the fact that Teams overrides my explicit selection for STATUS. If I select Available, I am that until I choose otherwise! There's a bit of a nuance to this in that this particular issue seems to recur once in a while, then go away. I've been a software developer, and there's a phenomenon where old bugs can, through carelessness or ineptitude, resurface when old code gets merged into new. Thus, I might go months without this niggling issue, then suddenly after a nightly or weekend update, it resurfaces to annoy me yet again. Next, automatically MUTING my microphone. No, do NOT do this, Teams! I have a headset with a physical, discrete mute button I can toggle at will. If I'm overlooking a setting to quash this particular annoyance, I'm all ears, but so far as I know this is an annoying default which seems to correlate with how many people are in the meeting I'm about to join. Past that threshold I don't need you to be my chaperone and muzzle me as I walk into meetings, thank you very much. That's about it. For its various annoyances, Teams does serve well for enterprise-level comms.

LOST MY NUMBER - I have the number on advertising and have spent a lot of money and now they tell me its a dedicated conference number and tehy can not change back to a normal number. They will not show me where I requested the change, I did not ask for it to change and these are TERRIBLE at helping me - I am weeks trying to get my main number back andno further on. AVOID 100%
