From start to finish, the company was professional and made you feel like you were the only customer they have! Dustin was great and accommodating from the start in helping us decide what was best for our staff and make sure what we were doing met our need. Chris and Victoria (our presenters) were great: personable, accessible, and very positive vibes! They were more than on time, kept the activities on point, and flexible if needed, ended on time, made as feel like we were going to get taken care of -- and we were. They were absolutely the best! What we liked: 1 - I was impressed that they debriefed with the group after every activity to help us connect what we learned from the activity to our goal of "bonding" & connecting as a staff. 2 - The first activity was great! It involved everyone's strengths and it was impossible to dominate because each possible was different. What could use some "fine-tuning": The CSI activity was okay in that it had interesting components (actors, tangible evidence, crime scene, fingerprinting) but it was overall it didnt seem as streamlined as activity #1, for example, it would have been great to know if we knew whether our "suspects" had to tell us the truth or if they could make stuff up, It would have been more streamlined if there was a clear killer; make it easy -- as the rest of the process is overwhelming enough. Again, Victoria was awesome -- its the activity itself that doesn't seem as fully formed. Overall - a really great experience. Many of our staff expressed that they would really like to do this again as a team.

We love doing the game show events at our company meetings, especially during dinner. It adds a little more flair, participation, and excitement around a "required meal". We add to it by having prizes available to the winning teams which ups the ante. Eric has been our facilitator a couple of times and is entertaining and energetic. We can't wait to try out some of the new events at a future meeting.

It was so much fun, even though we were in teams competing against each other. Some of the clues were challenging and difficult to figure out, but this encouraged us to think outside of the box to get the answers. I believe that this experience showed us that we can work effectively together to solve problems and meet deadlines. The TeamBonding crew was awesome as well, thus helping to make our “Day at the Museum” exciting, enjoyable, and fun. We would do it again!

We had a family event to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Since we had been cyclists, I thought the build-a-bike program sounded like the perfect program for us. Although I was dealing with people on the other side of the county, everything was perfect. Verena Pohl worked with me and my contact at the location we had selected fo the build. Everything arrived on time and Ben, Ashley and Arron were at the event even before I arrived and had everything set up. Everyone had a lot of fun for a good cause. We actually completed ten bikes in the time allowed instead of only eight. Our donee organization, Recycle a Bicycle was thrilled to get new bikes for foster kids.
