The folks at TeamBonding did a fantastic job with our CancerCare event! Deric was energetic, teams were engaged and everyone had a great time. We also loved that TeamBonding connected us with a charitable organization and arranged for someone from that organization to speak to our group - it really meant a lot!

This year (our third with Teambonding) we did the charity bike build. Our facilitators were excellent (Christian, Olivia, Tommy) and our team of 62 had a fantastic morning. There was a nice blend of cerebral and physical challenges, and it really served to create opportunities for real collaboration. This activity was the culmination of a few days of working together (we have teams on both coasts) and I have already recommended it to others.

Great Experience. Our lumberjack challenge was incredible and we had an awesome time. The entire team was able to participate in at least one of the activities which was so important. We were laughing the entire time. Would recommend to anyone!

TeamBonding executed our event very well. Onsite staff were very friendly and enthusiastic with participating employees. We were especially pleased about their pleasant demeanor, considering they had to endure hours outside on a 90+ degree day with high humidity standing next to a metal trailer. They were proactive about checking in with us to ensure things ran smoothly. One of the staff from day one of our event had to depart before he could say goodbye, but followed up with an email to say thank you and let me know who would be covering the following day – very professional! We would like to have seen quicker turnaround on pre-event communications. We had to follow up multiple times to get answers to space-planning details closer to the event. There was also a major issue with cooling/ventilation in the trailer the first day. Given the fact that the trailer was at capacity, and we were experiencing 90+ degrees in a metal structure, employees were exiting the trailer very overheated and commented they almost had to exit early due to there being no air. You can’t plan the weather – that’s for sure, but things were much more comfortable day two of our event. This was a result of the a/c being powered up earlier (more time to cool), temps were down by 10 degrees, and the trailer was moved to a slightly more sheltered area. Although "up to 8 people" is acceptable for number of participants in the trailer, 5 would have been more comfortable. It would have enabled participants to move more freely around and been more successful in getting a better visual of the clues. Employees commented they were bumping into one another during the activity and couldn’t see the clues due to teammates standing in the way. Due to the number of participants we needed to accommodate, we did push to schedule teams of 8. For future events, we would reduce that and consider limiting the number of teams, if needed. While the darkness helped add drama to the experience, it was commented that it might have been just a bit too dark to see some of the clues. Over all, we would recommend TeamBonding and would use them again for a future event!

Our team of 40+ engineers at Google really enjoyed Chain Reaction. If you are looking for a challenging, inclusive and all-around great team building activity this is the one! It forces teams to collaborate and creates an atmosphere of a friendly competition. Most importantly, teams leave with a sense of cohesion that they can definitely translate to their daily work lives.

Our team was looking for a meaningful team building experience that not only delivered on fun but could help us improve our communication, demonstrated the value of working together, and challenge our comfort zone. Teambonding exceeded our expectations. Our group size was 50, and the feedback was that everyone had a positive experience, which is no small accomplishment for our team of introverts. The facilitators were well organized, energetic, and were able to get everyone involved. The experience from booking to execution was seamless and professional. We will use them again, since they have a variety of experiences to choose from.

I was looking for a unique team building event for my team. I found TeamBonding online and saw that they offered Ice Sculpting. It was very easy to sign up and they looked after everything! The event was a HUGE success!! It's an event that EVERYONE could participate in and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. I will certainly look at TeamBonding for further team building ideas.
