Platform does not work. Zero customer support. Contact info. for TPT doesn't exist. (Red flags.)They only have the customer chat bot. Disappointed that it's a scam. It's unfortunate.

We recently needed some test prep material quickly and found this website. We paid a few bucks for a helpful test prep booklet that was instantly delivered online. Minus two stars because the English in the booklet isn't perfect and because it doesn't have that many prep questions, it's a thin booklet. But it was a math test prep so it helped us.

Unfortunately, my Teachers Pay Teachers account was closed without any prior notice or explanation. What’s even more frustrating is that the annual subscription fee is still being charged to my card, even though I no longer have access to my account or the services. I’ve tried contacting support multiple times, but I haven’t received a clear response or a proper resolution. This has been very disappointing, especially since I was using the platform seriously to sell my educational resources. Now, that opportunity has been taken away without any justification or proper communication. I truly hope this issue is resolved soon. I urge the TPT team to improve transparency and communication with their users, especially in cases involving account closures and billing.

Ordered some cards set this morning. Created account and paid for. The link for the cards print off was "broken" and no confirmation email came though. Went back to the website and requested email reset because apparent the password didn't match. again, no email. No "contact us" page on the website. DO NOT USE! Another scam website!

I have spent thousands of dollars on this website because it is convenient and usually materials are high quality. Fast forward to today. Last night, I spent over $200 on materials to use in my class today. I sat down in my classroom to open them and print them for my students. My account was locked because I used my phone wifi since my home wifi was down. I emailed the information they asked for. No reply. I have already finished teaching one class without the materials I paid money for. I am about to start the next group of students. I still don't have access to my account. I need to prepare for tomorrow again using materials that I have spent my own money on that I still don't have access to thanks to the very slow (going on 6 hours now) lack of response from the website. It is very frustrating because they have a monopoly on CCSS teacher-produced materials.

The sudden closure of my seller account on TPT, without explanation or communication, made me realize how risky it is to depend entirely on this platform. All the hard work I had invested was wiped out in one click, without any justified reason. This reflects a lack of transparency and highlights that content creators are not protected from arbitrary decisions. This experience leaves me vulnerable and wary of continuing to work with them in the future.

I purchased one set of ESL lessons for beginners. They let you view some of the content before hand. But it was totally deceptive and did not match content. I ended up with a set of useless PowerPoint slides that had been ripped off other course materials using screenshots. This included screenshots of recordings. The recordings you needed to make sense of the material provided but since the recordings were simply pictures of a play button, I ended up with a set of badly structure lessons I couldn’t do anything with. I reached out to TPT and they were useless. Once this company has your money that’s it. I met the criteria for a refund, the materials were copy written and not as advertised but they ignored the criteria and they ignored me. But then they had the audacity to ask me for feedback on their customer service which included someone called Gary assuring me they were looking into this. And then they didn’t. For this reason alone, I wouldn’t use them again. EBay and Etsy (for years) tried to push responsibility onto the seller but if TPT is taking the kind of cut they’re taking for materials they owe the consumer an adequate service. I’m so sick of being exploited as a teacher. But this website is another website doing exactly that.
