6 years of nightmare experiences. Run.
The program is meh, it’s easy to click through so there’s that but it’s not the most valuable once you’re in the classroom. If it was just that I’d probably give 3 stars. But aside from the course work itself the entire company is such a mess I cannot tell you to run fast enough. Any sort of communication is a nightmare and if you need any sort of documentation from them within less than 2 weeks, no you don’t. And even that takes multiple phone calls that each take over 30 mins from holding to even get a human to them “trying”(??) to resolve your issue. Some people are better than others but apparently all the departments only email each other so literally nothing will ever get done with urgency. You will never actually get to speak to a supervisor so don’t bother (they probably wouldn’t even be helpful anyway). Nicole Lorenzo sent me an email saying she provided my documentation. It wasn’t attached. I spent hours on and off the phone getting it fixed. After mine came through she sent my spouse an email with the exact same thing, no attachments. Now it’s hours later and still no resolution. I started the program in 2016, took a pause, then finished it and started teaching in 2019. Sitting here in August of 2025 telling you it has been this way the entire time. Do not give this company your time or money. Save your mental health. (Also depending where you look it’s Texas Teachers or Teachers of Tomorrow, but it’s the same company, and it’s a nightmare.)
