This website helped me a lot by contacting me with other excellent teachers, but You should always make sure before contacting a teacher that you see his reviews

Found an excellent, very experienced teacher based in India after a demo lesson. My child has always battled with maths and shuts down when he gets stressed out. She manages to to encourage and challenge him without him getting flummoxed, and he really looks forward to her lessons. Wish I had found her years ago.

My Experience with Teacheron has been remarkable. From what i have seen, after i posted two of my requirements, i had received many responses. I did demos with quite a few of them and was able to finally get very good teacher. TeacherOn is a very good platform with occean of teachers availability, getting hold of right one is something that we have to keep looking for.

One of the best Tutor hiring platforms!!

Hello: I have a complaint to make against a tutor name Dr. Shravanthi. She is a FRAUD!! I hired her from Teacheron platform to teach Science for my daughter who is in grade 10. She was very adamant that she be paid 16k..but then I requested to pay 8k initially and another 8k by Monday (3-4 days later). From Sunday itself she started pressurizing me to pay 8k, which I eventually did assuming she was a good tutor plus was running short of time (portion had to be completed within 25 days!!) Her services have been extremely bad, very rude and unprofessional attitude. If my child fails to turn up on time, she wouldn't bother to call saying that she is a very "busy person" and would cancel the ENTIRE 2 hour class! Never bothered to develop any bonding with the student at any level whatsoever. Her teaching was nothingbut reading out from the textbook. When I questioned her about the same, she lied saying that she was using slides! Within 7-8 days, she missed almost 4 days claiming she was "sick." Since so many classes were already missed and we were running short of time, my daughter decided to study by herself. I requested her for refund and she BLUNTLY REFUSED!! It was hardly anything couple of days after paying 16k that I asked for refund. Eventually she agreed to pay the refund by 5th March. Again when I checked with her yesterday, totally went back on her word!!! Says she won't refund anything!! Very big LIAR. I am losing close to Rs 11,000 here!!! She talks as if we had an agreement on a Rs 100 bond paper!! This was based on mutual understanding. I request the admin to look into this matter and help me get my money back.

Teacheron is a scam. Try it at your own risk.

worst service ever.
