TCS worked with us over multiple transactions to make sure that we could take the trip we really wanted, in spite of the changes the spouse's work schedule required. They were always cheerful and professional, and it has been a first-class experience. I am now planning to look at their website to see what other trips they offer.

From the initial phone call to plan this trip to the flight home, TCS has once again exceeded my expectations Every requirement I specified was followed to the letter The personal touch and genuine interests in my trip by the staff was much appreciated This was a challenging trip for me as I have some difficulty in mobility, all this was handled with help of all the wonderful guides The excursions were well thought out and gave me time to rest between activities All accommodations were first class I did not have to worry about a thing as all my needs were met in a polite efficient manner Again planning a trip for 2 people who are very fit and one person who had some issues,was not an easy task and yet TCS travel and all the guides rose to the challenge I am already planning my next journey with TCS travel to Rwanda Thank you TCS for the memorable trip

TCS helped us take a wonderful trip to Southern Africa. I chose TCS based on reviews online, and the variety of types of travel they book appealed to us. I started out thinking we might take a private jet tour, but once we decided to concentrate on Africa, having a custom itinerary built for us was the right choice. Our TCS consultant, Renee, spent all the time we needed answering our questions, helping us determine how long we would travel & what countries & experiences should be included. Then, a draft itinerary was presented, discussed & tailored further. This process made sure that we would see the animals we wanted, stay at the camps best suited to the high degree of luxury we desired, and led to an incredible trip. Air travel and all transfers were discussed & optimized to help us have an enjoyable journey to Africa, as well as hopping between Cape Town, and the 4 camps we stayed in. We were provided excellent guides & drivers that treated us like rock stars, and it was obvious that we had the best quality possible. This was our first experience with TCS and our first time traveling at the 5 star level and we couldn’t be more satisfied. So much so, that we have just booked another trip with TCS to Machu Picchu & Cuzco! For reference, all the planning was during the worst of the COVID pandemic. We figured Africa would be open but the travel requirements and restrictions changed daily. TCS had health advisors that kept us up to date on current conditions, so we felt assured that TCS was taking good care of us even before we got to the airport.

My husband and myself have travelled extensively with TCS and were always very pleased. This is the first time that we took our whole family on a TCS trip to Egypt. We had the same guide throughout the journey which was terrific. Everything was planned perfectly and we all had a great time. We can highly recommend TCS.

If this is about my flight from San Francisco to Athens and return from Edinburgh to San Francisco you get a one star rating. If it is not please ignore this. I am deeply disappointed that I was not able to get any refund for my flights. I understand that I purchased discount tickets that were not refundable. However I think covid-19 trumped all these other stipulations. Receiving a partial credit for one of the flights doesn't work for me since as I told you I'm going to be 78 next year and my health is failing so I'm not flying anywhere.
