I had my labels in my hands two days after ordering them. Super fast shipping. Thank you.

Great selection of printing accessories and materials that I wasn’t able to find anywhere else online. Very fast and efficient shipping. Item compatibility descriptions are very clear and understandable.

Quick shipping and accurate order fulfilled.

We found TCS when we needed a new label printer for our small business but were completely overwhelmed by all the options on the market. We wanted to find a real person we could talk to about our needs who wouldn't just sling technical jargon at us or try to sell us on their highest ticket item. Drew at TCS listened, helped us choose the right printer, and has even helped us learn how to use and troubleshoot the printer when the manufacturer's call center was talking us in circles. They dropped the ball on an order for label stock once, but they took responsibility and righted the wrong, and that's really all we can ask because everybody makes mistakes sometimes. We feel like our business is valued and that is so rare now. We love doing business with TCS.

A representative Melissa went what I would consider above and beyond by reaching out to help me save money by reminding me to provide my sales tax exemption cert. On top of that I noticed an error in the shipping address I had and she quickly corrected it. It was a small order so it this level of detail impressed me. I would highly recommend.

Drew Strickland was extremely responsive and helpful. I requested sample prints and he had them to me next day. Still waiting on sample prints from other companies.

Quick and easy website, super helpful staff.
