I am not sure who is doing the reviews. Let's start with the car seat. It does not come with leveler that is required by law in the State of Ohio or by U.S. When I questioned the company they had no idea as what I speaking about. Any company that is dealing with car seats are aware of this term. Secondly there is no manufacturing date listed anywhere in the package. I paid over 300.00 for this set that I cannot use because it is a counterfeit. This is not safe and I will not put my baby in this at all. The company was responding to my emails immediately but since I have requested my money back no one has responded. This is disappointing my baby is in NICU AND NOW I HAVE TO PURCHASE A NEW CAR SEAT. I NEED MY MONEY BACK ASAP. YOU CAN HAVE THIS JUNK BACK.

I was recommended the stroller + bassinet set by a family member and loved how it looked so much I ordered one. They must have shipped to Canada previously but they do not anymore. They will not tell you that… instead they will accept the order, take your $ and wait a few days to cancel on you and give some excuse. I placed TWO orders before they even bothered informing me they do not ship to my country. After co ordinating a way to have it sent to family in I have in the US I emailed customer service letting them know I’ll be using my Canadian bank card but will be having it shipped to the US they once again accepted my order as if that was fine, took my $ only to cancel the order AGAIN 3 days later?! They then defamed my character by falsely accusing me of being fraudulent and making multiple false disputes in the past and have completely refused to show any proof of such accusations. I called my bank and had them confirm that I have made no such disputes or ANY for that matter! Customer service has been shockingly rude and I am 8 months pregnant.. I simply wanted a nice stroller set for my baby. I am absolutely disgusted and appalled by the way I have been treated, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS WEBSITE THEY ARE CON ARTISTS!!! They say they’re an American based company but the way the customer service emails look, they have typos in just about every sentence with very choppy English, everything about it is very unprofessional. The same family member who recommended the stroller to me said when she got hers almost a year later in the mail ALL set up instructions were in Chinese. This company weeds through the reviews on their website and delete any negative ones so you won’t be able to see real people’s experiences with them, if I had looked a little bit harder I would have seen how many horrible ones they have and I would have spent my money somewhere else! Please learn from my mistake! ** UPDATE** It’s now September of 2022 and after immediately replying to my review a year ago when I made it, acknowledging that what had happened DID involve them, they’ve now sent me an email saying I need to delete my posted review because I reviewed a different online store & it I have it all wrong.

My friend purchased a stroller in the gold color. We tried to email Tay online to cancel the order however, they were no responsive and sent the stroller anyway. Once received it wasn’t even the stroller we ordered it was a printed brown one similar to the “Gucci” print. This site is not located in the US so now we will have to return in hopes to get our money back

I originally ordered a stroller that was out of stock and Tay Online Store emailed me immediately so I could make another selection. They were fast with their responses, the shipping was speedy and the product was top quality. I give a 10/5 stars to the company. I will be a returning customer.

HERE WE ARE. Its been almost 2 months and still have not received money from TAY ONLINE STORE. The biggest scam ever on the internet. Please read my reviews below and make sure you think TWICE maybe even three times before buying the piece of garabge they send you. NOT WORTH THE STRESS. YOU WILL NOT HEAR FROM THEM BACK. they do not respond to emails. They will not give money back. I am still waiting for money back ..... SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. The biggest headache I have ever had to deal with online. Feel free to contact me about any of this information I have eeverything saved all emails stating they would send me money back (they sent some) Not the full refund. WHOEVER IS DOING THERE ACCOUNTING NEEDS TO BE FIRED OR SHOULD BE GOING BACK TO HIGH SCHOOL. They cannot count or add simple math. THE STROLLER IS GARABGE THE WEBSITE IS A SCAM THE OWNER IS DISHONEST AND JUST WANTS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. BE AWARE.

This stroller is great. Lightweight, easy to fold and does not take up much space. Thank you!

Wife is 100% satisfied with the stroller set we bought .Just now she sent me a picture of her and the baby in it saying how happy she is!!
