I ordered a khaki colour Bolina Lightweight 3 In 1 Luxury Baby Stroller With Car Seat but received a pink colour. The box says brown.

THIEVES: I strongly DO NOT recommend. Stroller received after months of waiting unlike promised. Arrived after the baby was born and already bought another stroller. Not as described, poor quality too. I was advised to return via economy and I would get a full refund plus shipping costs. I emailed them receipts from the post office and shipping details. Over 6 months later no refund and they completely ignore all my emails. It cost me a lot of money to ship from Australia to the USA on top of the money I used to pay for the stroller. It's a SCAM. Be advised

*DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY** I purchased the two-way luxury high landscape stroller Model HGV9 in December 2020. I did not receive the item until March 2021. I was ok with this as my baby was not due until June 2021. When I opened the box, I noticed that everything was in Chinese( the website gives the impression that you are purchasing an item from the U.S. This is not the case. The stroller was beautiful to look at however poor in quality. The stroller was put away until my baby was born as I had no need to use it prior to the birth of my baby. After the birth of my baby, I then went to use the stroller and much to my shock, the stoller was collapsing when I placed my baby in it. THIS WAS VERY DANGEROUS! Naturally I contacted Tay Online and they asked me to send a video of the fault which I did...to which the replied that they could not see any problem with the stroller and even if there was, it was not covered under the warranty and therefore they would not be sending a replacement. I fail to see how they could think that they were not responsible for a stroller that has not been used and is clearly unsafe. I was upset and in distress that I now had a newborn with no stroller. I simply asked for a replacement part and I even offered to pay for it as I was desperate for a stroller. This company have been ignoring my emails ever since and I now have a faulty $427 USD stroller that I cant use or even re-sell as it is unsafe. *THIS ONLINE STORE IS A SCAM* *MOST OF THEIR GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE" "THE ITEM IS POOR QUALITY AND UNSAFE" "DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY"

I am not sure who is doing the reviews. Let's start with the car seat. It does not come with leveler that is required by law in the State of Ohio or by U.S. When I questioned the company they had no idea as what I speaking about. Any company that is dealing with car seats are aware of this term. Secondly there is no manufacturing date listed anywhere in the package. I paid over 300.00 for this set that I cannot use because it is a counterfeit. This is not safe and I will not put my baby in this at all. The company was responding to my emails immediately but since I have requested my money back no one has responded. This is disappointing my baby is in NICU AND NOW I HAVE TO PURCHASE A NEW CAR SEAT. I NEED MY MONEY BACK ASAP. YOU CAN HAVE THIS JUNK BACK.

I was recommended the stroller + bassinet set by a family member and loved how it looked so much I ordered one. They must have shipped to Canada previously but they do not anymore. They will not tell you that… instead they will accept the order, take your $ and wait a few days to cancel on you and give some excuse. I placed TWO orders before they even bothered informing me they do not ship to my country. After co ordinating a way to have it sent to family in I have in the US I emailed customer service letting them know I’ll be using my Canadian bank card but will be having it shipped to the US they once again accepted my order as if that was fine, took my $ only to cancel the order AGAIN 3 days later?! They then defamed my character by falsely accusing me of being fraudulent and making multiple false disputes in the past and have completely refused to show any proof of such accusations. I called my bank and had them confirm that I have made no such disputes or ANY for that matter! Customer service has been shockingly rude and I am 8 months pregnant.. I simply wanted a nice stroller set for my baby. I am absolutely disgusted and appalled by the way I have been treated, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS WEBSITE THEY ARE CON ARTISTS!!! They say they’re an American based company but the way the customer service emails look, they have typos in just about every sentence with very choppy English, everything about it is very unprofessional. The same family member who recommended the stroller to me said when she got hers almost a year later in the mail ALL set up instructions were in Chinese. This company weeds through the reviews on their website and delete any negative ones so you won’t be able to see real people’s experiences with them, if I had looked a little bit harder I would have seen how many horrible ones they have and I would have spent my money somewhere else! Please learn from my mistake! ** UPDATE** It’s now September of 2022 and after immediately replying to my review a year ago when I made it, acknowledging that what had happened DID involve them, they’ve now sent me an email saying I need to delete my posted review because I reviewed a different online store & it I have it all wrong.

My friend purchased a stroller in the gold color. We tried to email Tay online to cancel the order however, they were no responsive and sent the stroller anyway. Once received it wasn’t even the stroller we ordered it was a printed brown one similar to the “Gucci” print. This site is not located in the US so now we will have to return in hopes to get our money back

Otherwise sent my money back so I can purchase with another company who knows how to treat customers ! I want a feedback soon! When was the refund ? Are you serious ?
