Did not call in timely manner to inform On late arrivals happened twice. Had no problem With late arrival but should have been told Of facts. Did great work and very satisfied with Results. Thanks!!!

First experience with carpet was not the best. We were directed to the wrong product and traffic patterns began to show. We decided to change from carpet to hard wood and the experience was amazingly different. This difference was completely due to the involvement of Rene Peterson. She was understanding of our issues and caring regarding our frustrations. She walked everyone through the process and made sure all was confirmed. She stayed with the hard wood project to the end. Thank you Rene!!

Overall we liked the quality of the work but there was some confusion as to when they were going to finish the carpet.

That sales person Bill was wonderful to work with great personality laid-back with no pressure ! I do believe that the person in charge for scheduling should be on top of calling the customer sooner. We were called One day prior to installation, and that was after I had to call the company to ask when we were on the schedule ? I would recommend your company to family and friends .

Projects we hired Taylor Carpet One was new flooring in the living, dining room, kitchen, hall, one bathroom and one bedroom. One bathroom was a remodel with new tile. They had nice selections and their hours were convenient. They started when they said they would but the project took a little longer than planned only due to some minor delays due to getting extra products in. I was not completely satisfied with some the of sub-contractors they used. I expected a lot of mess but I feel they could have cleaned up better at the end of each day. Some of the work around the baseboards were a little sloppy and I had to repaint around the baseboards when they were finished. When the project was done, we were pleased with the quality of the bathroom remodel. Our flooring choice was maybe not the best for the floor we had to cover but for the most part we have been pleased.
