ROXANNE R.
Software needs an upgrade. It slows my computer down when it's time to print the return. We should be able to access 10 years of past tax programs because the IRS goes back that far.
Response from TaxSlayer ProSep 4, 2019
Hi Roxanne, your experience is important to us. It sounds like something isn’t going quite right with your program when you print. I'd like to setup a time for our Technical Support team to take a look and get this corrected with your Desktop Program. Please call 706-868-0985 or email us at [email protected] so we can set this up for you.

They provide top-notch technical support., quickly and in plain language. The price is great. The only downside is finding specific links to functions is a pain. Considering all, I have and will recommend to other practitioners.

Forms are not comprehensive of all IRS forms. I need to see more international asset forms, such as 5271 and all schedules in the form.
