Stella service!! Does what it says on the tin!! Good communication and professional

The communication about a 10 minutes delay was clear and the rider was kind. The car was not very clean and it smelled a bit bad.

Initial contact via WhatsApp was pleasant but for some reason upon seeing me and my children, there was this disgust towards me. Never have I ever thought about been discriminated against because of my skin colour but today, I felt it and my heart broke. There was no hello, didn’t utter a word to us except when she was telling my children they were not allowed to eat in the car and also my son had to use the car seat. While we were trying to figure out the car seat, she drives off without asking if we needed any help as she could see we were struggling with three people in the back with two children seats. To say I am disgusted and disappointed by the service is an understatement, we paid for an executive car but had an opel insignia with a driver who had the worse attitude. I will definitely be cancelling my return service as I am not willing to give people my money who do not respect me or treat me like a human being!

Our driver was waiting for us at the airport. Directions were clear and the journey was very comfortable. We were very happy with our experience.
