Chauffeur très professionnel

Keurig op tijd
De taxi was op tijd en had een bordje met onze naam. De chauffeur was erg aardig en heeft ons binnen 10 minuten netjes afgezet voor ons hotel en vertelde nog even waar restaurantjes en het centrum was.

A 5 star taxi company from meeting me…
A 5 star taxi company from meeting me at the airport and taking me to my hotel Pepe the driver was excellent, he brought me up to date with local covid restrictions, weather forcasts etc. You would not be dissapointed with thier service.

Bonjour, Désolé pour le délai de réponse à votre avis. Nous sommes vraiment désolés pour ce qui s'est passé. Nous avons enquêté sur la situation et le chauffeur a eu une panne. Il attendait la dépanneuse et signait les documents juridiques liés à la même panne et à la même réparation. Pour tout cela, vous nous avez dit que vous aviez oublié de nous prévenir. Par conséquent, nous n'avons pas pu procéder au remplacement et envoyer un nouveau véhicule. Nous n'excusons pas le chauffeur ou la mauvaise gestion du service pour le manque de communication. En fait, le conducteur a été pénalisé. Enfin, votre agence a été contactée et elle a confirmé avoir effectué le remboursement avec le prix total. Aussi, nous souhaitons vous offrir un code de réduction de 10% pour tous les désagréments occasionnés. Vous pouvez nous contacter à notre email [email protected].
