A much needed tool for any professional. Easy to use and understand, and makes the organization of clients and documents a breeze.

Having one place to consolidate all client communication has been very helpful. And taking the time to build out a workflow has been time well spent! Everything is much more organized since we started using Tax Dome!

One of the reasons we went with TaxDome was because we wanted to simplify our customer experience. One place where they could securely upload and receive files, communicate with us, pay and always have access to their files. After a year of being with TaxDome, we have found that not only is it great for the client, but it is also great for our team. If a team member is out, all we have to do is go to TaxDome to find out where they left off with the client. Work can continue without missing a beat!

I genuinely enjoy TaxDome and I find it's very helpful for our firm. Primarily, we use it for secure document storage and e-signatures. Sometimes the 2FA is a frustrating, but I'd rather extra hoops to log in to ensure the data we utilize is secure.

I just started working, and as someone who loves seeing the big picture, I'm really enjoying how pipelines work. The concept of pipeline gives me a clear walkthrough of how jobs passes through stages, how status changes can trigger tasks and how everything connects together. I also appreciate how the Taxdome system is secure and traceable (like how I cannot edit my messages after a day hihi). I love it because i do believe it builds trust and protects sensitive data (and also for proper audit trail). Uploading, downloading, and organizing documents is very handy. As a VA, for me its features are much capable in client communication and task tracking.Overall it makes my work relatively easier and lot more meaningful. :))

TaxDome has been a lifesaver for my small business. I was forced with the classic small business paradox of needing to add additional help in order to grow, but needing to grow in order to facilitate additional help. I came across TaxDome and after implementing it, it saved me approximately 10-20 hours a week of admin time during busy season. For the price of a couple tax returns, I was able to save myself from hiring a part time seasonal employee.

We've been using TaxDome for the past 10 months, and overall, it's been a positive experience. While onboarding did take longer than expected — particularly with the setup, onboarding clients and testing workflows and pipelines — the platform has proven to be well worth the initial investment of time. One of the standout features is the client portal. It's a comprehensive tool that makes it easy to collect client information, handle invoicing, obtain e-signatures, and send secure emails, all in one place. It has definitely streamlined our client communication and improved efficiency. It's also worth noting that TaxDome has made significant improvements over the past several months. It's clear that the team is committed to evolving the platform and responding to user feedback..
