My husband and I had finally gotten through school and thought we were able to start our lives. We were wrong, out of the blue I became ill. I was unable to work as a Registered nurse and two brain surgeries later we were saddled with monthly, medical, and now IRS bills. Desperate for help I called Tax Tiger. I was told that they could help. I remember feeling relief but still apprehensive. I started the process, gathering paperwork etc. I worked closely with Mishkin S., Tiffany K., and Amanda G. I had my own team of Gladiators!! I felt like they really cared about our outcome. When the time came I received a call that said CONGRATULATIONS they ACCEPTED your offer! So now even though I'm still ill we don't have to worry about the $40,000 in back taxes that were settled for a mere $150.00!!!! Thanks again Tax Tiger!

I could not imagine how professional and how much experience this tax firm is. Tax Tiger wiped out all my personal income taxes, in the sum amount of $23,888. They always keep me informed and is so quickly on negotiating my taxes. I can honestly say that this firm is very aggressive and is very highly experienced. I am still in shock.

This company has worked with the IRS on my behalf to solve my old tax debt. They did exactly what they said they would and we settled on my debt with ease. I got the certified letter from the IRS- "you owe us $59,000". For 3 days I walked around feeling like I could vomit. So worried- I had a kid in college how would this effect her???? Would they take my house???? After 3 days of wallowing in abject misery I decided I needed help.....we have all seen the commercials , right? I made call to some other agency with a military spin- and they told me I didn't have much I a chance, then they called me back like 6 times wanting to know if I was ready to work with them...but it just didn't feel right. So I did more research- checked ratings and reviews - and Tax Tiger stood out again and again. So I called. thank God I called. My initial phone conversation was over 90 minutes with a very real, very knowledgeable and very honest Tax Tiger employee. I decided this was the best choice I could make. Now - jump to the end of my story, after about 6 months of communication and supplying Tax Tigwr with the documentation they needed to help me, we submitted an OIC (that's and Offer in Compromise, unknowns lot know that I didn't know then!). I then settled with the IRS for $29 (remember - they said I owed them $59,000) Twenty-nine. It was like those bad commercials that you just know are fake.....only it want fake at all.....it was the biggest relief of my life.

I was in dire need of help with the IRS contacted tax tiger they dealt on my behalf. They kept me informed through the whole process and answered all my questions. Case was settled with an amount I could afford. WOULD RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYBODY THEY WILL WORK FOR YOU ONLY AND NOT THE TAX AGENCY

I am a real live person who has had tax problems for years. I went through levies, garnishments and the IRS didn't give a rat's butt about how these effected me and/or my livelihood. Years earlier I had even paid several thousand dollars to JK Harris and I was eventually told by them that they couldn't help me with my tax problem and my only recourse was to pay what the IRS were asking me to pay, this was to include all of the interest and penalties at the time; yet they did take my money and even thought little to ask me to pay them more money. My dealings with JK Harris made me more skeptical about any tax company, But needless to say, my tax problems continue to get worse. I googled tax companies and talked to several of them, but I was more than impressed with Tax Tiger. From the very beginning Tax Tiger and Jon Call (my representative) was very up front with me and told me exactly what they could do for me and what to expect. In this day and time of diminished customer service, I have not or cannot remember when I have experienced such expert customer service and respect for customers from any company. Even when there were time when I did not meet my time lines on providing information or documents, Jon Call never wavered in his efforts; he reassured me; he took every one of my calls and/or returned my calls in a very timely manner; he responded to all my e-mail and always satisfactorily answered all of my questions. In short, Tax Tiger exceeded what they told me that they would do for me from the beginning. My Offer in Compromise from anyone's perspective, was so ridiculously low, but yet I'm so outrageously happy to say that the IRS accepted it. Again, I am a real live person and if this written testimony of mine's is not enough to convince you how "GREAT" Tax Tiger was in the handling of my tax problem, please, feel free to call them and request my telephone number and I will be more than happy to tell you in person what they have done for me and what kind of company that are; THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!
