I am fortunate in that I live in Sacramento, where Tax Tigers is located. I met personally with Kathy Hill to discuss my fiancée’s long-standing tax situation with the IRS. I told her his story, including many years of trying to resolve his debt, unsuccessfully, with the federal government. He had hired tax attorneys, made/paid installment agreements, brought his current taxes current, etc., with no relief in site and the penalties and interest quickly multiplying. Following my meeting with Kathy, I was convinced that she would keep her promise to resolve his debt. Fast forward to today, we received the confirmation letter from the Internal Revenue Service, in which they agreed to finally resolve his tax debt. This is a game changer for us. Words can't express how thankful I am to have met Kathy Hill. From the moment I walked into her office I felt completely at home. Over the last 6 months working with her, she has been nothing but kind, transparent, and positive to me and my family. I've told her on numerous occasions she has been like a guardian angel, guiding me forward.  
 I thought my life was absolutely over until I came across one of Kathy's ads on the radio. I can't believe I am saying this - but I am glad that I was audited by the IRS a couple of years ago! Yes, of course, it was stressful. Getting an audit letter from the IRS is how nightmares begin. However, without the audit, I likely would not have heard or hired Tax Tiger. I did contact a few other tax attorneys prior to finding Tax Tiger, and they all just seemed disingenuous. That was not the case with Tax Tiger - Brittany at Tax Tiger greatly helped me in dealing with the audit itself by patiently walking me through the entire process, which saved me big time! I gave them what I had and followed their direction. It worked out great. She also has been superb in handling my yearly tax filings for the last 2 years. This place should be getting 10 stars! 5 just isn't enough. Kudos to Tax Tiger as a whole for great communication and a special thanks to Brittany for her professionalism, knowledge, and expertise. My husband and I reached out to TAX Tiger due to not filing in the past few years. We was very pleased when Kathy Hill called back and done a conference call with both of us and explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable with the laws. We gave her all our information and she gave us a quote and there was no added fees later on. Brittany Krueger was assigned to our case and she was awesome. I had a few questions come up along the way and she would get right back with me. Ended up we got refunds on three years out of four but she went over it all and explained about the penalties. We are all caught up and the stress is gone. I would recommend this group to anyone. We was treated great and will continue to use them. If you have a tax issue we highly recommend TAX Tiger.

I wasn’t able to get their services at this time, but they were honest with me to explain that my case would not be something that would benefit me and they wouldn’t to advantage of me, the representative was upfront and honest- didn’t try to “sell me “ but actually wanted to give me good advice tailored for my situation and actually help. I would recommend giving them a call. Was honest with the cost , policy’s etc. good experience
