I had a ton of letters from the IRS that just kept coming! I realized I needed help and after talking to several "professional" tax companies that primarily wanted to help after my check cleared I came across Tax Tiger! I called them anticipating the same type of experience again but after talking to Jon Call for 2 minutes I knew they were different! Jon was interested in my situation, where I was with my tax problem, and we discussed how Tax Tiger could help! I hung up the phone feeling like finally I had talked to a company that truly wanted to HELP!! In my almost 2 years (I had personal and my small business taxes to work on) I found everyone at Tax Tiger that I came in contact with was professional, extremely helpful, honest and of course "really knew their business"! Nate Weimer, tax attorney worked long and hard to finally reach a solution with the IRS and we recently settled and closed our case! Nate, Jon saved us from potential ruin and I would recommend Tax Tiger to anyone looking for help from someone you can trust! I also had back reports to file which they got handled, and I am committed to having my tax reports completed by Austin Havig for as long as I need to file! To summarize "if you need help with any tax situation you won't find anyone more willing and capable than Tax Tiger to work on your behalf "! Sincerely, John C. Wood

I owed back taxes dating back to 2007.in excess of twenty thousand dollars I was distressed felt threatened and heart broken.By all means this was beyond what I could do.I called many tax lawyers .Most of them were not helpful and wanted a lot of upfront fees. when Robert From Tax Tiger answered my call,I felt he could solve my problems ,by the way he handled the whole issue.within afew months my problems were solved with tax experience I had not yet seen I will certainly recommend them from the bottom of my heart to those with tax issues. Thanks Tax Tiger, I got back my sleep. You kept your word I have no adequate language to express my gratitudes. We can't think of enough good things to say about the team at Tax Tiger. During a long, stressful process, they were there for us. When I had a question, I got a response the same day. They dealt with the IRS 100% of the time, and the end result was that a huge tax debt was reduced to only $1,000. Now, thanks to them, we can start rebuilding our life.

Never in my life have I encountered such highly professional, competent, caring people. My tax issues were resolved expediently and most importantly to me, in a very kind manner. Austin Havig, Kaleena and Robert were superb!

Patti has been a blessing. I have a unique situation (to me), she listened to my story and situation and immediately had a plan of attack. I never felt rushed while talking to her, she was patient with all the extra details that she probably didn't need. I immediately felt at ease with her and comfortable with my decision to call. If your on the fence, just call and talk. She is close to being a saint!

Great service and people that work there.
