WOW!! There's a lot of companies talk, advertise, valuing and providing high customer service but honestly, how many of them have you ever walked away from, thinking, "WOW, that was a truly an amazing business/customer service experience?!!" I'm still reeling from what a breath of fresh air experience I had with Tax Tiger this week. I first spoke with another firm. He was interested "until" it was determined I had a small case and there wasn't really much money in it for them. Within 2 minutes, he quickly brushed me off with no help whatsoever. Tax Tiger's free consultation provided several different options for me to consider, one of which would cost me nothing (if I preferred an option to do it myself). PATTI TRULY CARED and WAS LOOKING OUT FOR "MY BEST INTEREST", NOT JUST THEIR BOTTOM LINE, even if they weren't going to make much, or anything out of it. How refreshing and generous is that?!
