I had a $700,000 IRS tax lien filed against me for 10+ years that Tax Tiger negotiated down to only $3,900! I was not the easiest client to work with as I gave them way too many delays with info that they needed, but Brittany and Kathy at Tax Tiger were patient with me, and they actually cared about helping me overcome the enormous lien that was filed. It was not just about them making money. They actually cared about the stress that the lien was causing me and went WAY above and beyond what I expected as far as caring and helping me with the lien. If you don't already know, CFTB and the IRS are the most aggressive collection agencies in the world. These two agency giants could not care less about your health, work challenges, or financial setbacks. They want their money, and they want it yesterday. At one point, I was upside down, 500K+ in tax debt. I had lost nearly everything my wife and I had worked for. The pressure this situation created was overwhelming. Sleepless nights, health issues, and the feeling of being crushed by the weight of my tax dilemma were breaking my spirit, and I was on the verge of just giving up... and losing everything. I did not know who to turn to, so I did a Google search to find help. I needed a fighter to represent me, someone willing to go up against these two agencies who came to my home and place of work to shake me up. Hell, they even visited my neighbors and called my relatives; it was humiliating. I didn't find a fighter... I found a TIGER, I found two TIGERS. Kathy Hill and Brittany Krueger came to my rescue. These two women gave me the support needed to get my mind right and take the action required to fix my situation. They made big promises about how they could help me and KEPT all of them. I've met or spoken with most, if not all, of the Tax Tiger staff and found them to be the most professional group I've ever worked with. I find the negative reviews suspect.
