I am beyond pleased with this firm. Their efficient and professional process resulted in reducing a $44,981.89 tax liability to $1,032.00. That is a 97.7% reduction! Tax Tiger helped us out of a situation where we owed more in taxes than we could ever pay down successfully. Our situation ended up having some unexpected glitches along the way and they were handled expeditiously and with professionalism and, again successfully for us. Using Tax Tiger was a relief to us because all we had to do was review and sign documents a couple of times along the way and we eliminated our tax debt. The staff is helpful and the owner of the company is readily available for any questions or issues that may come up. You aren’t dealing with a customer service rep trying to get answers for you. You can deal directly with Kathy Hill, if you so desire. For a large nationally-recognized company, that is rare. Highly recommend.

April 8th, 2018 To whom it may concern, I am writing this because I want people to know what an extraordinary company Tax Tiger is! Kathy Hill, the founder of this company, is an amazing Christian lady with a passion for helping others with their tax debt. When I first met Kathy she assured me she could help me. She was very warm and I could tell she was very sincere. I have had this tax debt hanging over my head since 2012. I had paid 40.00 per month for years but with interest and penalties it just kept growing. It was well over $4,000 dollars. Her company submitted an offer in compromise to settle that debt for a total of $5 dollars. Last week we received a letter from the IRS stating that they have accepted our offer. I am so grateful for her help! Being disabled and living on Social Security I had run out of options to pay this debt! She also helped 2 others in my family with much higher tax debt.
