So far everything seems to be okay
So far everything seems to be okay, patient not complaining. Calls are made timely. Voice easy to understand . Very happy with Tavoca.

Great automated system
I do wish that we had this service set up for emails and texts along with the phone calls to our patients.

Hi, We will be happy to add email and texting to your account. When the account was set up back in 2017, at that time your manager requested phone calls only. If you want us to add email and text just open a support case with that request and we'll get those features added.
