Incredibly broken patient appointment reminder system that sends patients emails that have invalid links for patient registration. Literally impossible to reach anyone on the support line -- I waited in the queue 2x for over 20 minutes each time and all I got was music.

Received an ‘invite’ by email from a medical provider I use to allow tavoca to contact me. That provider has a patient portal. The sender, tavoca, said to reply, if I wanted to, to an email in the header. I sent them an email telling them I would use my portal. That email was ‘undeliverable’. That tells me everything I need to know about Tavoca.

Received an email reminder about my upcoming appointment, tried the tacova link to confirm the appointment but the link is dead and so is the company website. Poor and incompetent service.

MinHae, I have searched the Tavoca system for the first name MinHae and last name Sook and I cannot find any record with that name. Is it possible that the name is different in your message? Can you share the email address that received the message? I can research it that way also. Thanks, John Tadlock

WE Love Tavoca, the majority of our patients love the text reminders and or voicemail messages, although they do complain about the New Patient reminder when they are already an established patient . Also, when Tavoca repeatedly calls to remind the patient several times thru out the evening... I tell them you have to respond to the voicemail and or text which will then stop the reminder. at that point they ask to be taken off the list. This is a very low percentage compared to the patients who love and appreciate and depend on the reminders. We LOVE how we can Text/communicate to a patient through Tavoca, this has been a Tremendous help when trying to reach patients who do not answer their phones , the quick response is amazing , especially to the " younger generation" !! I personally appreciate your support service and the quick response we receive when needed. Thank you !

We are still having issues with multiple disciplines with patients receiving multiple texts, instead of receiving the text for the earliest appointment. They are receiving both and it has been confusing to the patients.

Abriel, I see that we worked on a support request in December to address this issue and it appeared to be resolved at that time. Perhaps something is now different in the data or other configuration. We will contact to learn more about your issue and get this resolved quickly.

So far everything seems to be okay, patient not complaining. Calls are made timely. Voice easy to understand . Very happy with Tavoca.

I really like the Tavoca service, however it does not upload my appointment reminders about 50% of the time. The support staff is amazing however and helps when they can. On the days I am unable to upload I just enter the appointments in individually.
