Ideal buying experience
Have had many repeated purchases over several years and always pleased with my experience. Excellent product, consistent quality, good packaging, and fast delivery. On two occasions have dealt with customer service: once for an error in my order and once for shipping damage. Both times mutually satisfactory adjustment was made easily, promptly, and pleasantly. Have never had a better buying experience online.

Taunton Bay is the best at what they do!
They always have what I need in stock. Shipping time is phenomenal and the quality is top-notch while the prices are low despite the quantity. Some of the shops in town would only let me get less while costing more. I've been using Taunton Bay for years and they are simply the best at what they do!

We have been purchasing from Taunton…
We have been purchasing from Taunton Bay Soap Company for nearly 8 years now. Our shipments arrive (across the US) within 2 days. During personal difficult times, they were kind enough to send us a card, samples, and if anything ever happens to our purchase they always make it right! I’d give ten stars if possible. Amazing company and the only place I take my business!!!
