This is the first numbing cream that actually worked and lasted for 3 hours for me. Did not feel any pain it is worth the money.

I wasn't sure about buying this numbing cream and spray but I thought id give it a go. I got express shipping as my tattoo was the following week i was super impressed on fast it arrived and customer service is great also and very friendly now let's get to the good part, I put the cream on 2 hours before as I had to drive 2 hours to get to my artist and covered it in glad wrap by the time I arrived i took off the wrap and colour me blind my arm was so numbing it was ridiculous and when we finally started i felt nothing at all I kid you not i slept through most of the tattoo but after maybe 4 hours I was starting to feel it and I didn't have to get my spray out because my guy at black tattoo had the same stuff and swears by it so he sprayed my arm and we had a little break back at it and absolutely numb again i had a 9 hour session and used the spray twice its magic if your looking for something that really works you've gotta get this its the best on the market without a doubt i can't wait for my second session.

Have used this company before and had no problems. I don't believe they are a spam or trying to defraud people. Think some people have been unlucky. I've used prod8before and worked perfectly. Put on 3-4mm of cream then wrapped in cli g film for 90ins. Wiped it off with antibacterial wipes in the car just before entering shop as remember they need time to print and transfer design so leave on until last minute as most tattoo parlours ask if you've got numbing cream on and you have to tick box denying you're using it. My tattoo took about 2 hours with black ink and no problems whatever. Have 7 biggish tattoos and have never felt a thing although have used Dr Numb also in past from actual manufacturer as you'll definitely be scammed and get a fake one if don't order from DrNumb.com. It's about $60-70 but you know it's genuine and is better than tattoo numbing cream but you get what you pay for. Dr Numb is No1 but tattoo numbing cream company Now in list of favourites.

Whilst the cream is fantastic, the delivery and customer service is awful. Last 2 times I purchased has been terrible. First time it took 2 weeks for them to dispatch and that was only after me chasing them. 2nd time I paid an £10 extra for express. Took over a week for them to dispatch it again after chasing them and then still took 2 days to get delivered. Not exactly express when paying an extra £10!!

Great product and service!

First parcel was lost and they quickly sorted it out. Although they couldn’t send a replacement untill the courier service confirmed it being lost they still sent a replacement which arrived quickly. Normally takes about 2/3 days to arrive. Customer service quick with reply’s and on the ball when trying to help u out. Ignore all the bad reviews because they seem far fetched.
