I’ve now used this product twice on myself, and my opinion completely changed the second time around. The first time I used it was back in September 2025 when I was getting a large traditional panther tattoo across my upper back and shoulders. To be completely honest, I wasn’t very impressed at first. The artist applied the numbing cream, and it only seemed to last about 30 minutes to an hour at most. After that, we started using the Tattoo Numbing Co. spray in between breaks to help take the edge off. It did help somewhat, but it definitely didn’t perform as well as I was hoping it would. After the tattoo session, I went back and looked into why it might not have worked as well as expected. That’s when I realized the issue wasn’t really the product — it was us. We didn’t actually follow the instructions the way we should have. Lesson learned. The second time I used it was for a much more sensitive area — a large griffin tattoo across my ribs. This time I followed the instructions exactly as directed, step-by-step. The difference was night and day. It worked so well that I was actually able to take about a 30-minute nap during the tattoo session. I could carry on full conversations, relax, and just hang out while the artist worked. There were a few small spots where I felt some minor discomfort, but that was more user error than product failure — we simply didn’t cover quite enough area with the cream beforehand. Even then, the nearby numbed areas helped dull the pain enough that I could easily handle the entire session. I would definitely recommend spending a little extra and getting the full kit with the cream, spray, cleaner, and balm for proper prep and aftercare. Using the system together really makes a difference. Honestly, I never thought I’d be coming back to leave a 5-star review after my first experience — but after using it correctly, I can confidently say this was probably the easiest tattoo session I’ve ever had… and that’s saying something considering it was on the ribs. Highly recommend if you follow the directions properly.

Took two months to get to me. I emailed and complained so they generated a shipping label but never sent it. Showed up 3 weeks after that label was created. They signed me up with a subscription without my knowledge, had to tell them multiple times to refund me. Horrible, horrible , horrible.

Absolutely a NIGHTMARE!!!! I place an order and wait almost 4 weeks for the order to leave the facility for delivery. Once I email, they tell me they don’t have the item I ordered in stock with no offer of a refund. Instead I agree to a replacement and I tell them that I need the item in 2 weeks or I don’t want it anymore as my appointment will have come and gone. I email another week later and I tell them that I no longer want or need the order as it won’t in arrive in the time I need and to please cancel my order. They dispatch my order anyway after sending 3 emails to advise them I no longer want the item. I email them and tell them I want my money back again and I am told to reject the order at the door if I don’t want it. I wonder how to reject a delivery when items are delivered to post boxes in Canada?? Then they tell me to return the item and incur the fees to do so and then they will refund me. Like WTH!!!! This company refuses to give me a refund even though it took 5 weeks before they even put a replacement in the mail. Their customer service is only be email using AI???? How ridiculous!!!! Imagine trying. To speak to an actual person???? Never again shall I spend my money with them.

I placed an order with express shipping, which cost an extra $15, but I received my order seven weeks later. When I finally went to my tattoo appointment, I used the product as directed. It worked well for the first 30 minutes of the session, but then it wore off. I've used other products that are cheaper and have lasted much longer. I cannot recommend this product; I suggest looking for alternatives from other companies that actually deliver effective results.

Wish I could tell you if it worked or not! I placed the order 2/20 and it wasn’t delivered till 14 days later/10 business days! Thank God I paid for the “Express” shipping or I probably still wouldn’t have seen it! I ended up ordering TWO different numbing creams on Amazon for $50! Only reason I bought two was because one was same day delivery and the other was next day. I placed the order with Tattoo Numbing Cream Co. a week before my appointment! I am very disappointed! $112 for it to sit till my next tattoo appt!

I highly recommend this product to anyone new to the tattoo industry this cream in 10/10 pain free and make work so much more easier order today and give it a try you will not be disappointed !
