Don’t bother. The first pen they sent didn’t work so I was going to return it. They quickly stuck a replacement in my face but didn’t send it right away. it was the wrong pen! Now they are willing to give me 50% of the purchase price on a return of a crappy item. Also unscrupulous - dangle gift cards in front of people to leave favorable reviews. RUN AWAY

Disgusting product, it was orange and smeared on. Asked for refund, company said I had t pay to return item to get refund. The first one they sent they acknowledged there could be a color issue and it was true. The second one they sent it was the same problem. SAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY

This product is a joke and not worthy to be on the market. It’s literally an erasable marker in the color of your choosing. They make the refund process virtually impossible. Being an attorney and reading fine print before purchasing, I followed all the return instructions and still faced resistance. I paid for the return shipping $4.20 and expected a full return. I emailed the delivery tracking certificate to the company and they finally issued a partial refund. Random, but they left off $5 with no explanation other a copy of their return policy (that doesn’t address why I wasn’t issued a full refund) I guess it was their cunning way of saying that a customer will have to also pay tatbrow back for the initial “free” shipping plus the cost (gas & time) we pay to ship back! $5 is not the issue, I just spent way too much time to get duped again. I just couldn’t believe it! Don’t go for it! And i just checked! Though they emailed that I would get a refund a few days ago, there is no evidence with my credit card company of such.

I LOVE TatBrow. I ordered the brown and it goes on great. I have sparse brows and this fills them in perfectly! I recommend TatBrow and hope that you order and will LOVE it too!

Got the blonde tat brow pen and it is RED ORANGE. Nowhere near a blonde hair color. Returning both pens. What a waste of money. And it goes on very watery....oh and came of with water when it’s supposed to be waterproof

The brown color is too bright of a brown. Almost reddish brown. I've contacted their "customer service " 4 times by email and once by phone. No one answered the phone. The only reply I received via email stated they were going to send me a replacement in the same color! Clearly no one is actually reading the emails.

The blonde color is actually a shockingly bright red. I look like Bozo. The ink doesn't flow evenly, so getting that microblade look is not possible. The color is just hideous.

Huge mistake to get excited about this product. I bought the blonde, it was orange and I bought the brown, it was red. I hope an American company isn't pushing this stuff. Should've studied the manufacturer more closely. Don't buy this.
