The product was darker than I thought (I ordered the brown) and the customer service team was great to work with and get me the correct color. Their support team was polite, proactive, and very good to work with. I think the pen and the brow filler work fine - and I have very thin and light eyebrows

PLEASE READ! I bought this and actually really like it and it worked as they said it would but...... I want a lighter shade and am now scared to order another one because of so many bad reviews about people getting screwed with not getting their orders or the company not caring if something was wrong............ so, since I don't want to chance losig that much money, I'll continue to go to one of the stores close to me and just buy another kind. Too bad companies don't pay attention and change things so their sales continue to grow.

Delivery times are scandalous. Can’t review product as I don’t have it ! 31/01/20 In the interests of fairness, I recently received my brow pen in perfect condition. Have to say, it’s amazing.
