I approached Task Husky to redo the shopify template to our specification and paid upfront. After a week of not hearing back and emailing was so fed up that I posted on Task Huskys Facebook page. Task Husky immediately refunded the money and stated the following via email: 'We always appreciate recommendations from others. We are experts. The report you purchased would not have helped you based on what it sounds like you need because it is an automatically generated basic report. With that being said, I don't feel like our service is a good fit for your needs. We operate on a first in, first out basis. Your needs seem to be after a more dedicated one-on-one resource. Our service isn't setup for that.' Let me be clear, they are not experts and I am wholly appalled that they treat prospective customers in this unprofessional manner. Keep away from Task Husky.
