We initially started with glitch. Task husky rectified the matter. They are usually handling multiple task, so just be patient with them if you have ordered a service. If you are not satisfied with the initial delivery they always do their best to sort it out within reason. Zach the founder is a very reasonable guy, he reads all the reviews and aims to ensure his customers are satisfied and want to come back. Overall I’m very happy with the service and how you helped us get this setup. I was a sizable task, worked with Aman, over 2 months. Task Hasky is part of our long term development strategy. Great service, really appreciate it. ellipsis-horizontal Kind Regards, Alviv" As I explained, after 14 days of inactivity on your task request, the request auto closes. We send out an email when this happens. You requested the task to be re-opened and we re-opened the task while sending a collaborator request to finish your project. A glitch in the system caused the task to close again and upon notification, we immediately reopened it. We've been waiting for an update and your 3PL to finish their work this entire time. The delay on the development has not been on our end. We've done everything we've said we were going to do.
