Have bought a tartan tablecloth. Received it today to discover it is a thin acrylic printed fabric with overlocked edges. Very disappointed and certainly is not what I expected. After having just read reviews on here, I'm not going to waste my time trying to get a refund. Should have looked on Trustpilot before purchasing.

Foreign currency conversion fees? I live in the UK… Buying from the UK… since they convert everything to US dollars, you are required to pay for currency conversion. Nowhere is this mentioned during the purchase. By the time you are made aware from your bank, you don’t meet the deadline for cancellation of your order.

All positive reviews are not real. We got a cap and I could easily have one made better for $1 and I can’t sew! Scam company. Want authentic buy from authentic tartans dealers unless you like to be ripped off.

I ordered a pair of shoes. They took ages to arrive. And when they did they were cheaply made with no brand name and about 2 sizes to small. Even though I ordered a size larger than my shoe size to be on the safe side. I would send them back but after reading the other reviews I don’t think it would be worth my time.

I ordered 2 shirts in the same size for me and a dress for my wife with a pair of shoes. The shoes were too big and I had to take pics of the shoes and send that back to them...that wasn't enough, they wanted measurements of the shoe...so I did that and then that wasn't enough they wanted me to remove the insole and measure that and send that back. This is ridiculous i ordered a 6 amd they were too big and i just eanted to exchange them for 5.5. I gave up when I recieved the clothing as the quality is horrible. Felt like i was wearing a plastic shirt and they fot tight, I ordered 1 size bigger to be safe, and my wife was not pleased with the fit or quality of her dress. According to the website satisfaction is guaranteed. I am not satisfied and cannot get them to return emails requesting a refund. This company does not care whether you are satisfied with your purchase or not. They get your money and leave you to regret dealing with them. Do as you may but I would recommend staying away from this company and do not purchase from them.

Received a clan ring. It’s was garbage. Stainless steel yet it scratched up with just regular wear. Returns are practically impossible…Don't deal with this company!

I ordered a Jeff hat as a gift for my husband. It was supposed to be his tartan. What I received was something that looks like it should be a cosplay item. It is actually shiny and it says it is 100% polyester. There is nothing on their site that says the hat is 100% polyester. It so ugly and I am beyond disappointed with the item. I wrote to Tartan Vibes and demanded a refund and a return label, but they offered me 40% off of my purchase and then a second time they offered me 70% off, but by that time, I had already contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge (which was from Hong Kong BTW) Needless to say I do NOT recommend this company!

Did not honor emailed discount codes on purchase. Ordered 10 sweatshirts for a family vacation and the quality was not premium as advertised. The fabric was very thin and the lining also paper thin. They were shipped from china and smelled strongly of chemicals.
