Just an overall excellent experience. They have good quality merchandise.

My fiance loved this jacket! Funny enough, the first time he wore it out, a Scottish guy at a market (in Utah!) complimented his coat and asked what clan tartan it was. The fabric inside and out is both so soft, John has fallen asleep on the couch wearing it lol

There was an order issue, possibly lost package, but I got a response the next day (during the busy holiday rush, too). I was given the option of canceling or ordering a replacement. Within a week my package arrived. Past Christmas, but my husband will still enjoy his Lindsay hoodie when the weather warms up.

Quality of product delighted, very impressive tracking of delivery, incredible detail. Easy to contact, highly recommended.

Ease of purchase and fast shipping and quality of merchandise

What I ordered was exactly as pictured. The shipping was extremely quick despite being so close to Christmas.

My experience has been very satisfactory. I ordered a Stirling tartan Christmas sweater and loved it when I received it. Communication with the website was excellent; the CEO contacted me a couple of times, but I couldn't reply as I was at work. I apologize for that. I will be back soon to buy more items. For those of us who love clothes and Scotland, this is a very competent website. Thank you very much for everything.

TartanVibes has a great selection of items from every Scottish clan. We found what we were looking for easily as the search function on the website is grand. They shipped out quickly, and let us know where our purchase was along the way. Very happy with the quality as you can't be certain sometimes when you shop online.
