The first time I utilized this company seemed alit easier/smoother... For this direct mail mailing, Heather was very nice and helpful and I think more work needs to be done on the automated system as I could not approve the proof after multiple times...thank you!

The maps are not accurate as far as the number of home versus apartment in most zip codes. I know this, as I have lived in some of these zip codes. This is very important to us as we need to market to home owners only. I have reported this many times but it does not change. This is why we stopped using your service.

Hi John! The data used on our maps is direct from the USPS. This data is updated monthly. You may want to consider the classification of homes vs. apartments (i.e. single family homes, multi-family homes, townhomes, etc.). Please let us know if we can help!
