The website was tricky to use and there is minimum tech support. When my final post card was delivered it was sent to the incorrect zip code which didn't meet my desired location. Customer service refused to work with me in any way to have the post card delivered to the correct zip codes. Essentially the money I spent was wasted as it did not reach my target customers.
