The new website is missing features the old one had: 1) Job name for order 2) Notes section on order 3) Ability to see what you ordered. A visual of order.

Website continued to lock up and would get stuck when trying to complete the order. Would need to refresh and go back to the begininng. Would also like ability for templates to let you add text. Color schemes also appear light in the proof, even when picking a bold dark color. The demographic tool seems to not work unless you select All for children/apartment. If accurate, I do like the income tool by carrier route.

They have been trying for WEEKS to get me with KEY. They used an automated system that fails and it was difficult to get a human involved. I had to go to the CEO, and it just got resolved as of this writing in that an email came saying a rep will contact us. It seems that my Taradel did her best; not her fault. On the plus side, her energy was great, but their choice of vendors is why this rating. Credit key should be ashamed of what has occurred. It was a perfect FIVE STAR conversation with my rep but a TWO Negative because of Credit KEY. ( Which Lured me in - we went on to pay on our card - MISLEADING ( it wasn't a decline it was our AI can't seem to process you, and we don't CARE ENOUGH to

Couldn't get a hold of anyone in customer service. Calls go to voicemail and voicemail box is full. No one on the other end of a Live Chat. Luckily I figured things out myself.

I just used Taradel for a small mailing to 1500 homes. The process was very easy and they helped greatly in designing the piece. I would say the process was smooth and efficient. Unfortunately after arrival at the USPS it appears the process broke down. We could only confirm 1 piece arrived after a very unscientific survey of 20 target homes. So despite brilliant execution initially we got no end result no new business and of course no ROI. Maybe this was a 1 off but I did not anticipate my $1000 investment would be a total waste. Contractually Taradel is not responsible for anything beyond getting the piece to USPS. There is no tracking mechanism.
