Do not do business with them. I was going to spend over 11,000 dollars with them but I am glad I didn’t. They have horrible customer service. They don’t return calls. They lose your designs. All the bad reviews they have are similar to my experience. Stay away.

Do not use this Company for direct mailing. Hard as you work for your money do not give it to this Company. They will not do what they say they will do. You flyer are not being mailed out! After sending out (what they claim) close to 3,500 flyer, I have not gotten not one call or inquiry to the business. This is a red flag. The Account Manager can care less. Shana, Casey and everyone else who work for this Company don’t care about their Customers. (There is always a child in the background like you can tell they work from home). Flyers are not being sent and I confirmed it with the post office. Whatever that bogos tracking they provide is fake.

Spent around $6,000 on a multi-faceted campaign that used digital, over 10,000 mailers to mostly affluent homeowners, Spotify 30 second ad spot, Instagram and Facebook. We ran this campaign for 30 days. Had four coupons that were a major giveaway that were introduced as well. We got not one call, not one lead & not one text… at all. Let me start by saying Taradel’s design team tells you, they aren’t “designers.” I had to pay my award winning designer to design all the artwork and layouts, which was fine. The under performance and lack of accountability on their part is very telling of who Taradel truly is. My company has 120 google reviews and a 4.9 rating. We have a revamped, high converting, mobile friendly website & optimized google maps page as well. We have a phenomenal local reputation. This campaign was absolute trash & a gross waste of $6,000.

We were promised that the postcard would be delivered to 55407 zip code and only a few people received the flyer in the mail? We have many parishioners who live in this zip code who didn't receive the flyer, despite me receiving a confirmation letter stating it was sent out. I am very disappointed in this service.

Very poor response time, doesn't return phone calls! We Still never received a proof of both sides of the card. No idea if the mailers even went out! NOT a big fan right now, very disappointed!

I am sorry but this is true. this direct mailer did not work for my business. Not only this but also Valpak did not work .

Wasn’t worth the time and money. I wish I was exaggerating when I say I saw a 0% ROI. Did my mailers even get sent out?

the process was very easy and the rep really helped, however we had 0 results what so ever not a single phone call of pt. came through, so i guess i will not proceed with such advertising
