Hello, We were surprised your system could only take up to 25MB. We had to resize our file multiple times and make sure all images were still clear and not pixelated.

Thanks for the great feedback, Debbie! We aim to balance system performance with user needs, and feedback like yours is crucial in this process. We'll certainly consider how we can improve file handling capabilities in the future.

The online tool to create the EDDM was hard to use and often glitched, lengthening the process. It is however convenient to know the right size for the cards is available and we don't have to worry. Overall something I recommend for people that have no previous experience in EDDM

Hi Jan, your feedback is appreciated and was shared with our technical team 🛠️ Glad to know the sizing options were helpful! Thank you for recommending us and for your patience.

Using the design program provided was nearly impossible. I had to create the design in Publisher. I spoke with our representative and she explained it could be difficult to use or we could have them design it for $100. So there really wasn't any help offered.
Response from TaradelFeb 28, 2023
Hi EMA, thank you for your feedback. We are currently working to add additional free templates and improve customization options. For situations where a template is not sufficient, we offer highly-discounted professional design services for as little as $100 (we design your ad from scratch).

You've added things that make it confusing. I now need a return address on the back??? It doesn't say where so i'm assuming it will interfere with my advertising. That's unacceptable. Also, why are there no guideline templates for us? Selecting areas to target is difficult. It's hard to see roads and boundaries through the faded areas. Your year of experience selection for this review doesn't work.
Response from TaradelFeb 17, 2023
Hi Ryan, thank you for your feedback. We'll forward your notes to our web team for consideration. In the meantime, thank you for your business and please reach out if there's anything we can do to help.
