Oh no! I’m sorry to hear that. Please contact Customer Support! Usually they can get you the parts or replacements for free! Or ask you to cover the shipping cost or small fee. We always try to provide support and parts for all our products, even those past their warranty date.

Pros: Great customer service, quick response. Quickly refunded Cons: None of the products I ordered worked. 1st product I understand, but 2 products? I don’t want to leave a bad review but I don’t really have a choice

I ordered my tapp smc-9 mag and when it got it, it immediately had problems feeding the bb’s up through the plactic part that’s inside the mag to keep them from double stacking. Would not recommend sadly

You charged me twice for my purchase! When I emailed from the website to have the problem resolved, you never responded! And you don't have a customer service phone number that I could call. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Extremely poor customer service in my opinion. We will not be ordering from Tapp Airsoft again.
