Robert K.
They took 8 months to deliver a product estimated at 2-4 weeks and the fitting they sent with the adapter leaked right off the bat too.
Response from Tapp AirsoftMay 2, 2024
Hello Robert, Yes, the GTP9 adapter you pre-ordered took much longer than expected. Unfortunately, some manufacturing tolerances does cause the fitting to leak with some HPA lines. We’re glad the adapter is working for you!

Oh no! We're sorry to hear an item wasn't working for you. Some adapters, like the Hi-Capa and AAP, include multiple gaskets to provide better performance depending on the tolerance of your platform. Rest assured we'll get your issue resolved. Thank you,
Aidan W.
Feed tubes always brakes
Response from Tapp AirsoftFeb 11, 2024
Hello Aidan, We are sorry to hear that! This can be caused by different brand mags/fitments. The adapter is easily upgradable to an M4 adapter if you keep having issues. R&D is also working on a metal feed nozzle which we’ll have soon. Thank you,
Jake
The order shipped and then got lost in transit, I contacted Tapp 3 days after it was scheduled to be delivered and was lost after filing a missing mail claim asking if they could send a replacement. 3 business days later, no response. I sent another email describing the same issue, no response. Package suddenly gets marked as delivered 8 days later with no actual delivery of the product. Yes it's the post offices loss of the package, no contact has been made still. Only way to get the money back is to do a reversal since their customer service won't reply to emails.

Response from Tapp AirsoftJan 2, 2024
Hello Nicole, I'm sorry to hear that. We have replied to your first contact and didn't hear back for over a month. We also have not received a reply about whether you still need repairs or replacement, or if you were going to return the product for a refund. We have a customer satisfaction policy and trying our best to help.
Justin
Thank you, we have issue you a refund for the difference. I Got the Wrong Product and they give me only the Difference Back!! Scam Company!! Update: yeah True, 24€ for taxes, shipping and customs. Genies company....
Response from Tapp AirsoftDec 15, 2023
Hello Justin, Yes, we're sorry for shipping the wrong item. Unfortunately, because you are international we can't provide you a return label. Thus we issued you a partial refund for the difference in items (or to cover return shipping), let you know where to ship the incorrect item, and will ship the correct one back for free. We will list the item as a “replacement” and should avoid customs fees. Thank you,
Jack
