I had a coupon code which I used while placing my order but it didn't show up n the total. I redid the order, again using the coupon code in the appropriate place & let the order get submitted. I thought perhaps the small discount would show up after everything was finalized but it didn't. I emailed Tape Jungle immediately thinking they could perhaps edit my order but received a response the next day. By then my order had been finalized and shipped. I'm annoyed by this - why bother with using a coupon code if the website won't take it? Other than that, I'm happy with the product and impressed with how quickly I received it. I will continue to use Tape Jungle but they ought to fix the coupon issue - I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to. Either that or don't offer the discount.

The tape I ordered is ideal for my use. My needs are small and in my case, the handling charge represented 37% of the total cost.

The tape I purchase is for sealing floor mats that overlap in a gymnasium (I purchase a case at a time). While the tape itself is great, it consitently arrives in a package that is nearly beat to death. The box is so poor in quality that the tape is literally hanging out of the box by the time it reaches my doorstep. Consequently, part of the product in the box is compromised. This is not an isolated event, but has been consistent in three separate orders. Would you please improve the box?
