Great service I love using Tapcheck

Since day 1 Tapcheck has not worked, they claim they been having issues, importing hours worked from our scheduling software and that’s why the pay advance feature has not been available. Nomatter what time of day no personalize customer service rep helps and you constantly get automated answers then most agent can’t actually assist you bc they aren’t apart of the time clock specialist . So far ash and maleeha has been most helpful outside of them no reason make sense as they only tell you they’re working on syncs but 12+ hours ago your told the same script . Sooo frustrating when you can’t get help by calling or by chat🙄 . Our company was promised our hours being updated after each shift or at least by next morning and ever since we been able to use this feature it’s NEVER WORKED when needed. Very frustrating and disappointing!
