They tell you they are working on the problem but you can never speak to a customer service agent this happs to often

The company is doing okay. With being in the eastern , the refresh option is too late. This really should be doing this at midnight Pacific time so that way when folks rely on these funds to get to work so that patient care can be a high priority. I’ve heard many staff members having to call out or be late due to needing gas and not having the funds to do so. Also I noticed with other coworkers that they had to reach out to support just to get a refresh before there funds were available which was around 12 pm EST which is considered 9 am PST. I was set with the expectation that the hours get reset and processed at 5 am PST which does not help a lot of staff at my nursing home being in EST. Please consider same day or having the refresh option after midnight. Second last week I was able to draw 200 daily and this week only 146. The reason I was told was “my company adjusted the amount I was allotted”!!! It’s sketch but the early money does help
