This company needs to have better communications and help people when they need help and that's crazy I have used them for almost 1 year and now it will not transfer funds to my personal account or anything and can't no answers to why this is happening because Tappy chat do t help at all.

March 25th 2026: they are routinely down multiple times a week with NO communication from them about it upfront, then when asked replies DAYS later, blaming our side like we haven’t contacted everyone involved. Constant lies whenever they do actually respond. If you or anyone you know has issues with this app, report them to the better business bureau, I’ve used this app for two years now and it only makes life harder, not easier. You can’t PROMISE us our money, set us up to expect it, use it and depend on it, then when you’re having outages, not even communicate with your clients who are the only reason your business is still running. Get rid of the AI chat support, and actually do your jobs before someone files a class action about this bs.
